Stores are priced on the setup work behind them — checkout, payments, shipping rules, variants, stock and testing — not on how many products you sell. The product counts above are what we upload for you at launch; you can add as many as you like afterwards at no extra cost. Quoted separately: order-history migration, subscriptions, wholesale pricing, live inventory sync, room or appointment booking, and customer portals.

All build prices above are one-time fees for the work. The domain and hosting are billed by the supplier, not by us, and they stay in your name with you holding the logins. Budget roughly ₱3,600 a year for a business website and ₱7,200 a year for a store, and we will show you the exact plan, the renewal price and the renewal date in writing before any work starts, so a cheap first year never becomes a shock in year two. Paid apps, payment processing fees and any advertising spend are separate and always yours to approve.

Hi, I’m Emil.
I've been building websites for 10 years — online stores, service-business sites, and redesigns for brands here and overseas. DreamCloud Studio is my studio in Pagsanjan, Laguna.
When you message this site, I'm the one who reads it. I'm also the one who designs your site, builds it, and answers your questions afterwards. No account managers, no handing your project to someone you've never spoken to.
Ten years of practice is also why the prices on this page work: I've built this kind of site enough times to do it in days instead of weeks, and I'd rather pass that on than pad the quote.

Pay As Needed
No monthly fee. One agreed task of up to 30 minutes. Bigger jobs are quoted and approved before we start.
None of these are required. Your website keeps running without them, and we show you how to make your own changes at launch. The details, so there are no surprises: unused minutes do not roll over to the next month, new pages and new features are separate work, response times mean we acknowledge you quickly rather than guarantee a same-day fix, and hosting and paid plugin licences stay separate. Existing clients keep the plan they signed up for.

Who will actually build my website?
Emil, the person behind DreamCloud Studio, with 10 years of experience building websites and online stores. You message him, he designs it, he builds it, and he's the one you talk to after launch. Nothing gets passed to a stranger.
How long does a website take?
A 3-page website usually takes about a week. Bigger sites take two to three weeks and online stores three to four, depending on how quickly we get your photos and feedback.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo if you have one, photos of your business or products, and a short description of what you do. No logo or photos yet? That's fine, we can help with those too.
Is the domain and hosting included?

How do payments work?
The ₱4,999 Launch package is paid in full in one payment before work starts, including the 3-page launch promo. The 50% downpayment arrangement does not apply to this option. All other packages are 50% to start and 50% when the site goes live, after you have seen and approved it. We accept GCash. If you decide to stop after the first design, we refund your initial payment in full: the full payment for Launch, or the deposit for other packages.
I'm not good with computers. Is that okay?
Completely okay, most of our clients aren’t. You answer a few questions about your business and send photos, and we do the rest. After launch we teach you step by step how to change things yourself, and if you’d rather not, a care plan covers it from ₱799 a month.
Do you only work with businesses in Laguna?
We're based in Pagsanjan, Laguna, but we take clients anywhere in the Philippines and abroad. Everything can happen online, from the first chat to launch.
Why isn't a store priced by how many products I sell?
Because product count is a poor measure of the work. Importing 100 simple products from a clean spreadsheet can be quick, while five made-to-order products with options, uploads and conditional pricing can take days. What we actually price is the setup behind the store: checkout, payments, shipping rules, variants, stock, order emails and testing. The product counts in our packages are just how many items we upload for you at launch. Adding more yourself afterwards costs nothing.
What if I need changes after the site is live?
Three options, your choice. Do it yourself — we show you how at launch and it's free. Pay as needed at ₱750 for one agreed task of up to 30 minutes, quoted before we start. Or take a care plan: ₱799/month for updates, backups and uptime alerts, ₱1,499/month if you also want 30 minutes of content edits, or ₱2,999/month for a store. We count edit time in minutes rather than promising unlimited "small changes", because that is the only version of the promise anyone can actually keep. Nothing is compulsory and your site keeps working either way.
Do I really own the website?
Completely. The website address is registered under your name, you hold every password, and the site stays yours even if we never work together again. No lock-in, and we never hold a client's website hostage.
